We’re excited to announce our very first Live Local INW Market! 

We’re inviting local businesses and makers to join us as vendors for this community-focused event. If you’re ready to showcase your products, connect with shoppers, and celebrate our local economy, we’d love to have you there! Please read closely before applying.

When: Saturday, September 13, 2025
Where: The Guardian Spokane 
Address: 1403 N. Washington St., Spokane, WA 99201
Time: 11 AM – 5 PM (load in 9-11, load out 5-7)

Vendor Fees:

• 8x8 Booth:

  • $35 — SIMBA Members (Not a member yet? Learn how to join SIMBA!)

  • $55 — Non-Members

• 8x12 Booth:

  • $60 — SIMBA Members

  • $100 — Non-Members

Applications are due by  July 31st at NOON. Late applications will not be accepted.

Who Can Apply:

• Must be a current SIMBA Member or an active business listed on Live Local INW

• Current SIMBA Members have priority placement

• We’ll provide chairs. One booth per vendor only!

• Only open to merchants selling physical products - we are not offering informational booths.

Requirements if Selected:

• Valid Washington State business license (must provide a copy);

• Proof of current liability insurance with Spokane Independent Metro Business Alliance listed as additional insured for the day of the event (COI required with payment); AND

• Payment is due within 72 hours of acceptance or we will move to the next vendor on the waitlist!

Food Vendors:

• Must sell shelf-stable items only - no hot foods or items requiring refrigeration!

• Must have all applicable licenses (e.g., Cottage Food License, Food Processor License, Temporary Food Establishment Permit).

• One outdoor space available for a coffee vendor (selling lattes, teas, etc.) — first come, first served (This spot is taken).

SIMBA Members Only: If you’d like to share informational materials only, please email us at info@spokaneindependent.org. We’ll have a designated area just for SIMBA Members to display brochures, flyers, or other materials — it’s a great way to get your information out to the community even if you don’t have a booth. We won't be accepting information only booths at this market, but we may at a future market.
